The OP says the police have already been called to no avail. But if the aunt wants full guardianship of the poster, she'll have better luck with an attorney, and the protection order the kid wants won't accomplish that anyway.

You don't. A protection order for a minor child against a parent is a non-starter. It is simply not going to happen. Have you called Child Protective Services? Has your aunt called a family law attorney?

How do you know this? I'm not saying you are wrong; I'm asking what evidence you have that these people are in the library and in the parked cars specifically for the purpose of watching you, as opposed to just going regularly to the library and randomly sitting in cars for other purposes. You...

If you are looking for a law you can invoke by which you can force the lawyer to act as you want him to, there isn't one. If you are unwilling to abide by his advice and you are determined that the case be handled your way and no other, your recourse is to fire the attorney you have and hire one...

That's right. We are saying there is nothing you can point to that makes the employer legally responsible for keeping track of PTO. There IS a legal responsibility to take care of tax withholdings and other deductions and there is a specific law (or laws, in some states) that address it...
