What you have described is not ILLEGAL retaliation under the law. It may or may not be under your union contract. Unless there are facts you have not shared, any recourse is going to be through your union.

Y' know, sometimes life isn't fair. Sometimes you just have to do things that in a perfect world you wouldn't have to do. If hitting the block button more than once will solve the problem, that's going to be a lot simpler solution than any other.
