Why do you think nothing was done? The employer is not required to tell you of the actions they take...just to make sure the harassment stops.

After you complained to the manager did the customer still bother you? Define the harassment...give a general description of what occurred.

Sorry, I don't really agree with this. I lived with my now ex for almost 35 years. I won't get into all the bizarre/nasty/mean shit he did but I never murdered him. I did consider it a time or ten...but never did. His own family, including his mother, marveled at my restraint and would tell him...
