    Prison Farms?

Massachusetts. Feel free to look it up. Sane, law abiding citizens may own a weapon. You are required to have an extensive backround check. You are required to go through training and safty course. You are required to have a gun safe. And kudos to the Massachusetts State Police for catching...

    Prison Farms?

Interesting. I am from a deeply blue state with very strict gun laws...curiously there have been no mass shootings and gun violence is lower than just about every other state in this country. Curious that.

    Divorce, Seperation, Assest, Division, Immigration

    Divorce, Seperation, Assest, Division, Immigration

You sponsored her and her children...correct? You will be required to continue sponsoring her/children despite the divorce. IMO you can not afford to NOT have an attorney (at least a long consultation) for this divorce. I'm curious...did you call the police for any of the domestic violence...

    Criminal Trials, Hearings No Prosecutor

Please answer the questions I asked in post # 13. Thank you. You are, of course, free to ignore a volunteer of this site...but if you choose to respond to one I suggest you be civil. Especially when that Volunteer has the Title "Super Moderator" under his name and is an Attorney.

Moving To A different State for joint Custody

Yes, you can. You may (probably) get declined...but nothing ventured, nothing gained...right? ;) FWIW: You really should not have quit like that...you should have let them do their investigation. If, as you say, you did nothing wrong.

Plaintiff attorney filed response to court without client consent

Quite a few attorneys listened to their client/did as instructed, rather than follow the rules/codes/ethics/law and have been centured/fined/disbarred.

    Conflict of Interest?

sigh... You are not an attorney (based on your postings here) and therefor there is nothing YOU can do, other than pay for an attorney, to assist your friend. As a rule it is a waste of time to assist 3rd party posters as they seldom have all the facts of the case. Google "Unlawful Practice...

    Conflict of Interest?

Okay. So this has nothing to do with you, legally speaking, and you have no "options". Have the person who legal situation this is join the site and ask his own questions.

    Conflict of Interest?

Is this homework?...or are you asking about a situation that legally involves you? Please charify.
