You don't. A protection order for a minor child against a parent is a non-starter. It is simply not going to happen. Have you called Child Protective Services? Has your aunt called a family law attorney?

That's right. We are saying there is nothing you can point to that makes the employer legally responsible for keeping track of PTO. There IS a legal responsibility to take care of tax withholdings and other deductions and there is a specific law (or laws, in some states) that address it...

Federal law determines how non-US citizens are taxed (or not taxed). It's not discrimination to follow the law.

Before going into the other issues, how do you KNOW that the workers in question are illegal and not here legally? Do you have access to their personnel files? Yes or no.
