Need answer today about changing locks

Did you get this "agreement" in writing? If not, you can't change the locks. If you didn't do you "Notice" in writing in a manner that you can prove (like certified mail), then you haven't given her notice either.

I don't know about California law but if A wants to pay for B's expenses and B is doing A a favor, why on earth would it be illegal? I think it's fine. Do you analyze everything this hard?

Naturalization, Citizenship Child having US citizen Father on Paper but not Biologically

You have to be more concerned about the laws in the Philippines about taking a child that has a Father there. If the Father of the child doesn't want to be involved you should get a relinquishment of rights to the child from him. Then you have no problems moving to the US to marry your...

the child's father knowing the address

She can not hide the child from him without a court order. If she feels threatened by him she needs to call the police and get a restraining order. He may not have seen the child by choice for the last two years, if you ask him he may say she wouldn't let him. The problem here is that no one...

    two years too long

Yes, OP a SOL only applies to legal action. I don't know of any action that your employer takes against you that is barred by a time limit because your employer can let you go at will.

Giving a cop the middle finger

Hey dude, paranoia is a sure sign of drug use. What are you smoking? Go ahead, flip the cops off. It is your constitutional right. I would warn you though that if a cop tries hard enough, he/she can find 20 thing to ticket/arrest you for that have nothing to do with flipping them off. Well...

    Not accepting Notice to Appear

Ignoring a court is NOT BRIGHT. It won't go away just because you don't pick it up. When it is sent to your mail box you are assumed to have received it. Army is right, she may very well be held in contempt of court. GO! You have to.

    encroaching

You can cut whatever is on your side of the property line. I suppose you could bill them, but if they don't pay you would have to sue them. As long as you take due care, I can not see you being liable for "damage" to the bushes.

can I file for child support while still married

Proserpina, I've never heard of child support without a divorce. There is no grounds for the courts to order support upon until there is an ACTION ;) They can agree to support in a legal separation but as long as they are married there will be no support. A "no-fault" divorce is one where you...
