Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant Unlawful Procedures?

That reasoning won't help you at all. What will help you is if the stop was wrong, especially if the video agrees with your story.

Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant Unlawful Procedures?

If the stop isn't right, then what comes from the stop can be dismissed. Definately fight it.

Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant Unlawful Procedures?

Some counties their police cruisers come equipped with cameras, so, if this is one of those counties and your story holds up, you could definately fight it successfully.

Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant Unlawful Procedures?

OK, are you on probation or on parole? Why is your license restricted. Are you allowed to be in a bar? Will your witness/passenger be able to confirm your story? Did you give her permission to search your car? What county is this in?

Avoiding Slander - Harassment - Violating Restraining Order Charges

Yah, this seems to happen all the time. The law is in favor of women in a lot of ways, sentencing, child custody cases, and as you are now aware, restraining orders/etc.

Jharris, You're right, it is odd of me to be nice to Sunfrog. . .I guess it reminded me of a case that happened a few years ago where I vaguely knew some of the people involved.

Assault & Battery Domestic battery & Criminal Mischief in FL

A warrant can happen within hours. I'm sorry, but, I think you're probably a simple minded idiot, and you should get an attorney as soon as possible, because you can't think for yourself. You probably have a hard time breathing and walking at the same time, so stupid you are.

Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Statute of Limitations

Your blood draw may have been tainted. I think you should contact criminal defense attorneys in your area, and ask if they take up civil cases. Tell them your situation, and ask if you have a case against the bar. They'll be more familiar with your jurisdiction, and know the right...

Assault & Battery self defense, charged with assault

All of this would be easier with an attorney. You need to plead not guilty, and ask for an attorney. Then, next step will likely be a pre-trial conference, where your attorney can argue on your behalf, and tell your side of the story to the prosecutor. If you're lucky, your attorney may be...

Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Statute of Limitations

I'm sorry for what you went through, Sunfrog. I was just wondering what the bar did wrong. Basically, it sounds like you want to sue the bar for serving you while you were already clearly intoxicated/on drugs? How did they measure your BAC? A blood draw, or breath test? It just seems...

Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Statute of Limitations

They served you just 1 1/2 beers? I don't understand why you want to sue them, unless you were visibly drunk at the time they served it. . .

Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI Dui

Don't know about 'bama, but it sounds like you should fight it. If you refuse the breath test, the officer usually needs to get a warrant to forcibly draw blood from you. Plus, did he ask you to do field sobriety tests?

Property Invasion, Damages, Trespass Vandalism suspect

I'm curious as to what the vandalism is, in specific, and where does it keep happening?

Assault & Battery Domestic battery & Criminal Mischief in FL

I think the paperwork is important because a lot of people claim bi-polar disorder when they're just idiots when they drink. A manic episode may have been the cause of your actions, exacerbated by alcohol intake. However, as far as tommorow goes, I don't know if it will help or not, just...

Assault & Battery Domestic battery & Criminal Mischief in FL

I wouldn't count on being let go on your own recognizance. You have all the evidence about the weapon, as well as fleeing and eluding police. and if you tell the judge "alcohol brings out the bi-polar disorder" he may smash you in the face with his gavel. . .
