    DUI and potentially illegal search.

It may have been "moved" by tow truck. We don't know for sure from the OPs statement.

What rights do I have regarding 911 calls placed from my address?

Hopefully that's not your real name you're posting under, or you've given the bad people out to get you a good head start.

Homicide, Murder, Manslaughter Right to know what charges?

For class "E" felonies and below we can take cash bail and release the defendant on an appearance ticket. The appearance ticket(s) would show the charge(s) although the defendant does not specifically need to know the charges in order to post bail - just what the amount of bail is. For more...

Writ of Possession without being served

I'm still laughing at his being "barely served".

Writ of Possession without being served

I would say if you can't even spell it correctly you probably shouldn't be going without an attorney to advise you.

Homicide, Murder, Manslaughter Right to know what charges?

Defendants aren't necessarily told of the charges against them during the arrest and booking process but would be informed at their arraignment, which is the formal presentation of the charges against them. The arraignment is generally the first appearance the defendant makes in front of a judge.

pediatrician practices for opening syringes for immunization in front of parents

Maybe you should be looking for a new medical practice to go to if you have such distrusl of the professional staff at your current one. You're being ridiculously paranoid.

Is there a law where there has to be a solid white line in a "right lane must turn right" lane?

Over the years I've met many really great ALJs in the Traffic Violations Bureau. And a few that were horrible. My worst experiences were with JHOs in the Criminal Court summons parts. Most are retired judges, like 90 years old, can't hear well, can't speak well enough to understand, and don't...

Someone made up that I own them

"Someone made up that I own them" That's nonsense. Slavery was abolished many, many years ago. You can't own anyone.

Failure to Diagnose or General Neglect?

You have more patience than I do. I stopped after two sentences when I noticed how long the post was.

Hi, I received Notice of seizure and the administrative forfeiture proceedings.

So some stranger just decided to deposit money into your account that was stolen from someone and the amount of the deposit exactly matched what you were expecting from your home country? Sorry, that makes no sense. And please stop posting the same thing three times.

Justice System, Police, Courts Recent Change in Arrest Activity

No such trend where I work (basically New York City and the 12 or so downstate counties in New York State). It seems very rare for anyone in their 50's on up to be arrested for anything besides DWI and maybe some domestic violence matters. Of course, arrests overall may be dropping since with...

Is there a law where there has to be a solid white line in a "right lane must turn right" lane?

It's very common for motorists not to appear if they have an attorney. I assume you're talking about TVB. That's why I learned early on to make good observations and take good notes so that I could testify "There were no buses, trucks, or other large vehicles near the motorist's vehicle which...

Is there a law where there has to be a solid white line in a "right lane must turn right" lane?

There's no requirement I've ever seen. If there were no pavement markings at all you could argue that there was only one lane. But it makes no difference whether it was a solid, broken, or dotted line. These type of pavement markings are used to separate lanes, not direct vehicle operators to...

    legality of 2 marriages?

It's called "bigamy" and it's a crime. It's best to mind your own business.
