Why don't you have insurance? You can have an attorney do just about anything you'd like as long as you pay for their services.

If someone pays for a house that's not "stealing" it. You need to answer the questions that were asked of you.

And with that California did break away from the rest of the country and floated off into the Pacific Ocean, never to be seen again...

My rights were non existent and it's supposed to be called the Judicial system, you know for Justice

You didn't have a trial - you really don't understand what you're saying. You had some apparently serious charges. Being in jail for a month because you couldn't post bond is not unusual for someone charged with multiple felonies.

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Is Possession of a stolen vehicle a felony??

We're talking about NY here. There are cities, towns, and villages. There are no pieces of towns. That really has no meaning.

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Is Possession of a stolen vehicle a felony??

In the jurisdictions where I work, if the rental company reports it stolen it is treated as a grand larceny (auto). You can't just take rental cars and not return them..

Hamlet "stems" from a town? What does THAT mean? Hamlets are not political subdivisions and have no courts, government, laws, rules, or regulations. A town is a town - towns are not broken up into "pieces". I have no idea what you're talking about.

Not if he's out on the sidewalk. If he interferes with pedestrian traffic or causes a ruckus he can be summonsed/arrested for disorderly conduct.

So he wanted this truck so bad that he let it sit for a year without driving it and then sold it? And whoever bought it from him drove it without registering it? Your husband should be here asking the questions really.

Block this guy and forget about it. You have no reason to be worried. The sale was as-is.
