    Child Care facility duties

It is 100% different than asking actual attorneys because they are LICENSED attorneys and many people on here are not. Even if someone licensed is posting, they still can't give legal advice.

Ex not following Corut Established Parent Time

You can't make him do anything. Since they're temporary, document everything and bring it up at your next court hearing and the judge may hold him in contempt. Depends on the judge. If your next court date is a ways away see if you can something filed to get seen sooner. But no one can really...

How much more difficult is obtaining child support when the two parties live in different states?

Has there been a child support order in effect this entire time he's been "evading?" He may want to look at this: 18 U.S.C. § 228- Failure to pay legal child support obligations Section 228 of Title 18, United States Code, makes it illegal for an individual to willfully fail to pay child...

Sons Mother awarded sole custody , due to domestic conviction withen 5 years .

You took a plea deal - you were convicted. It's been 4 years. You're not getting it reversed. You probably shouldn't have taken a plea deal to "get it over with." How did you lose custody 4 years after it happened? Either way - you should probably hire a lawyer to help you with your custody...

    i need help.

You can call CPS and they do take anonymous reports. You should call CPS if you're aware of neglect and abuse.

Can I Kick Out my Abuse "Step-father" when I own half of the house?

If your mom doesn't want him to leave, then the cops can't make him leave. When you turn 18 YOU can leave. I definitely would. Your mom isn't ready to leave him and you won't be able to force him. Trust me - I've been trying to convince my mom to leave her abusive ass hat of a husband for years...

Baby Mama holds car hostage with TPO

"My child's mother has been doing her best to get me in trouble and make me look bad..." "I was arrested for DV and took a plea deal..." I don't think she has to "try" to make you "look bad." "I was served with a TPO which I violated..." so you again did something wrong... How was the DV...

Justice System, Police, Courts conflicting charges- one event

How are those conflicting charges? A county attorney or DA can file any charges they wish if they think they have a case. Often times, there will be cases where some charges are dropped or a plea deal is offered. It's not like most cases go very quickly. If this isn't about you (as someone...

HELP! My ex wife is smoking pot with my 13 year old

I have nothing here? What does that even mean? I'm just saying there are parents who do drugs with their kids. Someone I went to school with their dad smoked weed with them starting when they were 11. I know someone else who did meth with their then 16 year old and admitted it in a voice message...

HELP! My ex wife is smoking pot with my 13 year old

I'd rather be safe than sorry. I know of parents who have done drugs with their kids, from weed to meth.

    Partial Children custody

No one on here can predict the outcome of a case that hasn't happened and not being involved in it. I would say that you having to register as a sex offender isn't going to help your case with custody. You're probably looking at supervised visits until it is expunged. But it's probably going...

HELP! My ex wife is smoking pot with my 13 year old

So you'd rather your kid continue to smoke weed at 13 with their parent? Do you not think that's going to cause any emotional trauma? What happens if the kid takes it to school and gets caught - and then the police get involved? You don't think that will cause trauma? It sounds like your ex is...

HELP! My ex wife is smoking pot with my 13 year old

If I had proof that my child's other parent (or any adult or any kid even) was doing drugs with her, I'd report it. I get it that CPS can be corrupt and sometimes cause more issues - but you're not likely to get any help for your kid without them being involved I would bet.

Child Abuse, Molestation, Porn Child Neglect w/o Great Bodily Harm x2

Ultimately you need to talk to a lawyer. No one on here can predict anything or know what could happen if you appeal. Get a lawyer and don't post about it online anymore. You knew the side effects of that medication - as did your girlfriend - so it's not really "involuntary intoxication"...

Other Criminal Charges & Offenses forging a sticker and plates

You were charged and convicted so yes it's possible since it happened. The job description doesn't have to have anything to do with vehicles - if an employer sees a criminal record they don't have to hire you.

Father pays support but has no relationship with child

There's no "we" there's he and the mother. That's legally all who is involved. Child support and visitation are two separate things. Him paying or even not paying child support has no bearing on visitation. It sounds like he chose not to try to get a better parenting plan in place. I don't buy...

    Spouse leaving the country

Yes you could get a default decree if she doesn't respond to being served or show up to court. I got a default decree because he didn't bother to respond to the papers or show up to court (and he was in the same state). It appears default divorce happens in New Jersey...

    Violation of terms of visitation

No one on here can predict what any judge may rule. It's just not possible. If you don't want the sibling there, you file to amend. If it doesn't bother you, then stop bringing it up. Where's the father in this, your son right? Unless I missed where you explained where he is. If so apologies.
