Biden's Biggest, Baddest, Bloopers, and Blunders!

You simply bought into the left's BS. Was Trump a great POTUS? No. Was he even a good POTUS, probably not? But everything bad about him was just him. With Biden, you have an entire machine of at best misguided and at worst purely evil.

I can't tell that he had one at that point. Post #8 confuses the issue.

    Lufthansa Airlines cancellation

The screenshot is very clear on cancelations. It says that full refunds are only issued if the flight is canceled or changed by more than two hours. Since this was an international flight a 10-12 minute change really shouldn't have been an issue in the first place.

    Department of Labor issue

In my former job of 20+ years, I've had to deal with both state and federal DOL on numerous occasions. I always met them. A time or two I took a lawyer with me. Never paid a fine to any DOL. I can't think of a situation where sending a lawyer alone would be cost efffective.

Small Claims Case? Snow Plowed by Neighbor Destroyed my Boat

Very likely it was the plow operator's responsibility. If they gave you the name of the plow operator and their insurance company there really isn't a reason to call the hotel back. Just Google the insurance company name.

Employer mistakenly deducted surcharge from paychecks but is refusing to pay me the money back

Small claims court is a lawsuit. But problems with unauthorized deductions can usually be handled through your state or the federal department of labor. But before you do that how about you tell us what actions you have taken to get your employer to repay the charges.
