    Depends on whether the statement complies with your state's requirements for a valid will. If so then it will be treated as a codicil. If not, it has no legal effect. My guess it that it has no legal effect. The other heirs could disclaim and allow the PR to follow his wishes.

    Was the estate ever probated? If so when? You are probably very close to the Statute of Limitations so you will need to act quickly.

    I doubt the list is legallly valid. Everything probably belongs in the estate and will be distributed in accordance with the will. Actually I really doubt that will happen but that is what is supposed to happen.

    You can get a copy of the will from the proate court. Ask your sister for a copy of the trust. How the money is handled depends on the terms of the trust.

    You can either pay the 1500 or sue the other driver in small claims court for the damage to your vehicle. They will counterclaim for the 1500 and the judge will decide who is at fault and who owes who.

    You will get two points on your license but your insurance company can assign a different value for insurance points. You will have to ask your agent how much your insurance is likely to increase if they check your record.

    Legally everything should come to you. You have the right to take possession. You need to go to the probate court and be named as the personal representative of the estate. Your problem is going to prove what was hers.

    No but there must be two witnesses and a notary if for the sale of real estate. It is good practice to also have the agent sign but not required.
