im 18 i was arrested for shoplifting 1st time ever goin to jail plead 1st offender act and still recieved 2yrs probation and it wasnt dropped to a misdermeanor its ben a few months since court and im now enrolled in college school for nursing want to do navy reserve but the felony lingers over my head hard to find a job and other things can the judge redetermine my sentence if so what are the steps i can take ..im young and have a lot going for myself idk what to do
