i am 20 years old i got caught a few days ago shoplifting at walmart i had 54.00 dollers worth of stuff and i have to go to court but the lady told me that since i had never been in trouble before that i probally had a good chance of getting the charges dropped it was a b misdemeanor and i was just wondering if i could get it dropped and if not what will happen when i go to court i have 2 little boys and i dont want to go to jail it was my first time and definantly my last what do you think will happen?
