Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication 2nd minor in North Dakota

I recently picked up my second minor in consumption ticket before my first ticket went to court. I was wondering since these first two were so close what kind of fine should i be looking at. I also have a HUGE surgery scheduled for 2 days after my court date and is there a chance the judge would make me reschedule that surgery?:???
