Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication 2nd MIP in CA

I am 19 and got an mic last halloween. I got a lawyer, the charge was lessened to disturbing the peace and I paid a fine. This past July I got an mip. I've already been to my first court date at small claims and plead not guilty, now I have a trial. I was wondering whether my disturbing the peace charge will effect my sentence, and/or if the public defense attorney can give me the same kind of deal as my previous lawyer. Any comments or information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

How can anyone predict the future like this? Not even the attorney can guarantee you anything. Why not call him up and ask him what he thinks might be possible?
