Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication 2nd MIP in Michigan in 4 moths

I just got my second MIP of the year the other night at college and I got off with the first one with just paying a fine and that's it. What will they do this time? I hope I don't get jail time or lose my Licincse what do you all think will happen?

Gee those college kids never learn their lessons ! You was so lucky the first time by paying fines only . According to MIP Law Public act 63 MCL436.1703 of Michigan the 2nd offense punishment are
-$200 fine
-Substance abuse treatment classes (which you have to pay)
-Community services (up to the court)
-30 days jail is possible only upon violation of probation ( I don't think you got probation last time ?) or failure to complete treatment or pay fine
-License shall be suspended for 90 days, restricted possible after 30 days

i am in the same situation as he is have one question

the only thing i am concerned about is the loosing licence. Is there anyway if i get a lawyer i could get out of the loosing licence part?
