Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication 2nd MIP in Michigan

I am 20 years old and just obtained my 2nd MIP. the first was last year and i only blew like a .02 or .03 and paid the fines and did all the nessisary stuff. This 2nd one I only blew a .023. both times it was 6 in the morning and everyone was sleepign and there was no alchohol around, just came on complaints. I guess im just asking what I can expect and if theres any way to possibly work one out of my record? Ive had a clean record up untill that first MIP and have not gotten into any trouble since then. plus i barely blew anything both times. any imput would be helpful. thanks
