Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication 2nd offense mip in mighigan 3 years apart

i received an mip a few weeks ago( my second one) My first mip was when i was 17 and back then it was a civil infraction now its a misdemenor and since it's my second offense they want to take away my licence for 30 days is there anyway around this. Any info would be helfull thank you
