Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft 2nd time and need help!!! ASAP!!!

I am currently in the PTI program for my first offense. Now, I have gotten in trouble for the same thing. I am scared because I don't know if I will face Jail time or probation!! Please help!! Advise please??

You have several problems here and will likely require an Attorney to help you out. From my view here are your problems

. You have violated probation
. The terms of your plea deal are now gone as you broke your end of deal
. You are looking at second offense and this could likely mean some jail time

The following is not legal advice but my opinion only. You should start calling Lawyers and set up consultations many Attorneys offer free consultations. Get as many as you can. Ask them what can be done to minimize the damage this will cause you. I would also look into enrolling into an Anti Shoplifting course before court. Judges like to see defendants who are trying to right their wrongs. Where is not a guarantee of lighter sentence it wont hurt and will do nothibng or help. Win/win if you ask me. I recommend course offered by NASP.
