Was issued tickets for sale or gift of alcohol to person under 21 and open container. Bottle was sealed and under seat and under 21 got it out and took a drink left it on the seat no one was in vehcile when park ranger pulled up
under 21 will testiefy that they open container and that i did not know. no one was tested both volunteered for breathilizer but not done was given. What is my best defense to stop this my business is one that works closly with police and would ruin it if convicted. Please any and all advice is welcomed
