Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft 3rd theft related offence have attorney but health condition has me worried

hello. last year i was with 2 people that were caught stealing from a kohls, i was just with them but got charged with conspiracy, to make a long story short i have 2 prior theft related charges on my record, this being my 3rd, i have an attorney but they are not making me feel very confident in not doing any jail time. what are the odds of plea'ing down to no jail time at all and taking whatever other community service, fines, etc. i am very worried because i have SEVERE dehabilitating anxiety and depression that came on this past year after 3 deaths and the lose of my job and do not think that i could mentally handle it in jail now in my mental state. any help would be great! is there anything that i could do to help with the no jail time.

3rd offense and no jail!? You ask a lot. Your Attorney can best answer that though. Might I suggest you enroll in an Anti Shoplifting program before court to show Judge yuo see error of your ways and are trying to correct it! You might get that no jail you want who knows. damn 3 times? i dont know about that. the judge might feel like you are playing a game with him and he might give you so tough loving by doing jail time til you learn.
