Out of curiosity can anyone look at criminal records? Aren't they public records also? Do I have to be 18 years or older to see documents or records stating someone's crime ? Do I have to be related in any aspect of the crime to look at the criminal record? (The crimes I'm looking for are dated back in the early 1990-2000's) and are all been closed
