A case worker phoned my shrink and talked over my case saying he had verbal permission from me where the strength was changed from 100mg to 300mg of a sedative tablet that put me out for 3 days, I soiled the bed and had many panic attacks. No~one told me dose had changed or a conversation had taken place..
I've had 2 letters of apologies from NHS governed people saying they will make sure a letter or phone call is made to me in the future.
I don't see them anymore as to afraid something bad will happen to me.. I'm in real bad need of help from doctors but feel they was trying to overdose me to get rid of issue..
Please help.
