You're innocent until you plead guilty, or you are found guilty by a jury.
You need to plead not guilty, request a public defender, and for goodness sakes, stop driving VOLUNTARILY until this is decided.

Was this a felony or a misdemeanor? If a felony I would expect jail time to be more likely, but as noted above it may depend on the level of property damage and the degree of negligence.
