Advice needed

Ok.I live in Oklahoma. My brother-in-law got put in jail 3 weeks ago. yesterday he asked me to drop off some cigarettes outside of the jail so someone can bring them to him. Unfortunately that's what I did. Today I got a visit from 2 police officers and the jail administrator. They questioned me and told me that this is a Felony. However,the District Attorney hasn't filed charges yet. This is my first Offense. I'm also still waiting to get my permanent resident card renewed. I'm wondering now what can happen to me and if it was legal that I got questioned without being charged with anything just yet. Please,advice is needed fast.

Did they read you your Miranda rights before continuing questioning you?

Did they ask you if they can set foot on your property(your home)?
