I haven't been charged yet I've given up the location were the property location and the owner who bought it, it was sold for 10,000 (a single diamond) the owner of property is denies me ever bieng he himself told at time of purchasing it no paper work needed to be done straight cash I got two business cards that he gave me one his one his employee he was also ther at the same time I also have the bank wrapper that was around the money it does have a what looks like a serial number on it with signature like markings, I also got a signed letter from the owners that I took the diamond from stating they will drop any and futur charges as long as I gave up the diamond I have her signature aND a witness signature I'm helping as much as I can to get diamond back from jeweler money has been wasted it's been around a full week since this took place .what should I do any advice will help thank you.I have been helping detectives in giving them these items to prove I was ther and that the jeweler did purchase diamond from me.
