My wife is working in bank. But last bank deducted her salary without lwp and also deducted her p.l.. Now 1 year passes bank did not returnbthe salary still.. Pls suggest what can i do??

Your wife can file a complaint with whatever government agency addresses wage laws.
Or she can just sue her employer in small claims court.
On the other hand, if you are not in the US, than none of that might apply and she would have to determine what local recourse is available to her.
