age discrimination in ad

I am a teacher. I wanted to apply to a private school in my town. their ad in the local paper says they do not discriminate against "ace, color, sex, or national ethnic origin in its educational programs, activities, or employment policies."

Is this age discrimination?

If so is it lawful?

I see nothing in the ad that suggests they will practice age discrimination.
