About a month ago, I was visiting friends at ELON university and were walking back from a party where we had been drinking and were stopped by the campus police. They took breathalyzers and wrote us all citations.
My court date is in two days and I haven't really done anything to prepare for it. I'm just wondering if there's anything I can do to make the process easier for myself and what I can expect as punishment.
