Does anyone know where I can get info explaining Georgia Alimony Law's ?
My stepfather and his ex have no kids together, she has a better job than he has ever had and he is having to pay 1800.00 a month in alimony, she was awarded the house and he has to keep a life insurance policy with her being the beneficiary. I just dont see the basis for that judge's ruling....
Pls help.. Any info would greatly be appreciated!
