Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Allegedly shoplifted at a store

I was caught shoplifting at a STORE north of Houston area and the charge was a Theft Class C Misdemeanor, I need to know: how much should i pay for a lawyer, How can i get this expunged, and if possible how can i buy myself more time.

You're moving way too fast.

First you appear as instructed, plead NOT guilty, and request the court to appoint a public defender (if you can't afford a lawyer), or request time to HIRE your own lawyer.

Then you SHUT up about all of this, unless you want to help the state convict you.

You are innocent until they (the state) prove your guilt.

Once you retain or receive legal representation, consult ONLY with your lawyer.

For the moment, let's just say if you stay out of MORE trouble, shut up, wait, things like this eventually could get cleansed.

However, there will always be a trail, so that's why STEALING JUNK, TRINKETS, CASH, ANYTHING is never a good idea.
