Another persons name under Sound Credit

I recently worked as a Audiomixer for a national cable station and completed to episodes of their weekly show. I recorded the shows for Resume reel purposes but came to find at the end credits, another persons name was used under credit "location sound mixer" I was the mixer the whole time therefore deserve credit. What kind of recourse do I have if any. Thank You

First of all, did you have any agreement with them? Second, did you ask them how this happened? Could there have been a mistake?
