Appeal process 11th circuit

I was wondering how long the appeal process can take, specifically in the 11th circuit. My husbands appeal hearing was August 1, 2007. Thank you!

I am assuming you mean an appeal of a criminal case in Federal court.

If that is what you are talking about, then sit tight...it's going to take a long time.
