Arab company cheated with no payment

Hi All,

I was working in India in an IT company based in Kuwait and one morning all developers in the company were terminated for no reason. They didn't pay us notice pay, gratuity or anything. And they are planning to shut down in India soon as now only few designers work in the company. They sold most of their assets here. Is there any way to get the amounts from them as the labour officer says he's helpless? It has been 2 months now and seriously I don't have any money.

Those Kuwaitis are very clever.
They were smart enough to get Bush 43 to go to war for them.
Not much of a war, nevertheless there was bloodshed.
