I live in GA and received notice of an arbitration hearing. If the statue of limitation in GA is 4 years, the SOL has expired to collect on this account. Should I respond, if so, can I mention the SOL? Also, how do you respond to arbitration?
Send a letter citing the GA state code that explains the SOL has expired. Never just ignore something like that or it could turn into a judgment against you.
