My jurisdiction is: Arizona

Our neighbor has placed a restraining order against our 15 year old daughter. If she violates this order, who is liable? We as her parents are concerned that we are because she is not an adult yet. Any legal advice on how parents are consequentially affected on a 15 year olds poor choices with the laws would be appreciated!

As I understand it, the order is against your child, not against you. The penalty for breach of it is contempt of court, which means they can be immediately taken into custody and possibly charged with a crime. I don't think there are any direct legal implications on you, but indirectly, it might be a reason for your child/family services agency to get involved.
