Hello,
let me first thank you for being available to the general public for questions and receiving answers. If it weren't for this forum, I would most likely throw my hands in the air and shout "WHAT NOW ?".
I received a speeding violation notification in the mail with the radar generated photo that was taken when the offense took place.
I did not drive the car which of course can be proven by my sending in a copy of my drivers license. The driver of my car was my son. I do not want to incriminate my son thus do not want to give out the information as to who drove my car on the day that the speeding violation took place.
Am I still going to be held responsible for the speeding ticket if I advise that although I know who the driver was I decline to give out that information ?
In my personal opinion (which may or may not matter), even if I decline to give out information in reference to the identification of the actual driver, the fact still remains, that I did not drive the car.
Thank You so much for your time.:coolio:
