Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication arrested-pills in wrong vial, but hane legal rx

I was told that Michigan had this law changed last year and if you do have a legal rx in your name that you can "carry them in a zip lock bag if you want". Is this correct? I was arrested for possession of percocet and charged with felony possession. PLEASE TELL ME THIS IS TRUE!
