Attacked by a co-worker, co-worker was fired but i might also be fired

I was attacked by a co-worker. she pulled me from both sides of my face, face to face. I attacked in self defense. She got fired, but I might get fired also.
The owner doesn't want to fired me, but she will ask the company lawyer

An employer doesn't need a reason to fire you.
The lawyer will advise the employer.

It is up to the employer whether to fire you or not. She is not required to do so. It is legal if she does.

This is one of those employer's decision cases. You can be terminated & if you are, it would be a legal termination. I'm not saying you will be though - there is no way for me to know.
