Assault & Battery Attemted assault in the 3rd degree

this past weekend i was out drinking and got extremly intoxicated. two of my friends were involved in a fight outside of a diner. i was passed out in the backseat of the car at this time. i woke up to see 1 of my friends on the ground bleeding and a crowd had came outside to see what was going on.. my memory fades here as i dont remember my next actions. apparently, a waitress said something to me and i took it the wrong way and put her in a Full-Nelson hold. after i guess i realized what i did was wrong and walked to the middle of the parking lot and sat down and waited for the police. i was extremly cooperative with the police and the judge gave me an attepted assult in the 3rd degree charge and later made bail which was 200$

i am 22 years old, do not have any prior convictions, never have been on probation or parole.. i was givin a 6 month ACD october 2009 for an obstruction of justice charge. other than that i have no offenses.. i just want to know what is the possibilty of me serving jail time. any help anybody can offer will be greatly appreciated. thank you.

You won't do jail time.

If you make every court appearance, and the victim doesn't claim severe injuries, you'll pay another fine.
