Attorney literally vomits in the juror box!

I've made a couple mistakes along the way.

I've misspoken, misquoted, even mispronounced a name or two.

Fortunately, I've never required an emesis basin in the courtroom.

I sure hope the attorney sought and received medical care.

Thank goodness, no jurors were seated there during the bench trial.

Unfortunately, a few court officers were said to be nearby.

Yikes!! Poor attorney...bad enough to toss the cookies, but to do it during a high profile court case really sucks.
