my aunt is the excecutor of the will. Before the will went o probate she sold several cars and let her daughter move in the the other house. THe will state that the house and all property to be sold and split among his childern and if one of his children have passed then goes to his childs children. She has not shown any proof of money or anything. Now she is selling that house to her daughter for less that fair market vaule with out consulting all parties involved in the will.
Can she legally sell property before the will have went to probate?
Do all people in the will have a say in the sell of the property?

If you know this is happening you can file in the probate court for an accounting. It is not unusual in this market for a house to sell at less than FMV. Why don't you offer the FMV?

What do the others involved say? If you all ask the court to appoint another PR, they probably will.
