8 years ago my ex husband was court ordered to pay 25 bucks a month for child support. For the past three years I have not received any support. I contacted my local family court to pursue the back child support he owed. Since he lived in NC and I lived in NY, all they could do is put a lien on him and tell him if he was to be caught in NY state, he be arrested for back child support. We have not heard from him or seen in since that happened three years ago. Recently, I have been hearing from friends and family they have been spotting him around our local home town. I did some research and found pictures of him and his family on myspace with a stamped recent date here in NY. I tried calling the cops, and they could not find him. What can I do?
