(It is a good service, and has very fair pricing, as far as I am concerned. YMMV)

I have used: www.spokeo.com

(It is also a good service, a bit more pricey, but I also get good results.)

I use a couple of others, but these two are my main go to public domain agencies.

Some states have free or cheap access to criminal records checks for its citizens inquiring about themselves.
