My boyfriend was at a party over the weekend and had gotten jumped by a couple other guys. He was drunk and walked outside the apartment pretty messed up. The cops grabbed him as soon as he walked out the door. He got charged and no one else did. For some reason they search the car and no one can figure out why because the car was in the parking lot and was no where near it. but they searched and and removed a gun. he recieved a removal charge along with public intoxication and damaging property he was no where even around. i dont even know where to start. Any advice would be great because right now im clueless because none of this makes any sense to why he got these charges.
