Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Ban Reversal?

I was caught and convicted for shoplifting at Walmart over 3 years ago. I understand there is a review board to which you can write asking that your rights be reinstated. Is that true? What is the likelihood of a favorable decision?

Its not that complicated. Contact the Store Manager or their Corporate office make the request. I see no reason why it wont be lifted
