about 8 months ago i was employed at a bank, and assisted another employee in forging a check and stealing at total of 2800. When questioned about the incident a few months ago i stated that i knew nothing of the incident. The other girl who was involved called me and was talking about her conversation with the police and stated that they had full knowledge of what happened. She also stated the that she admited everything, and i believe that conversation was recorded while she was at the station, so therefore the police know that i was involved fully. I'm seeing an attorney soon and will be discussing what will happen next but i would like to know what the possbile charges and punishment may be. Could jail time be involved?
