Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Banned from Sears

My question concerns Sears. I made a regretful mistake and was stopped shoplifting at Sears a few months ago. I was banned for (a year, I think). I have not returned except for once when a friend wanted my opinion on something she wanted to buy. I went into the same Sears for all of maybe 5 minutes, saw the item, and left. No one stopped me nor recognized me. My question is, can I get in trouble now after the fact? How do LPs recognize banned people? Will I be seen on footage and then get a trespassing notice or will something be sent to my probation officer? I have no intentions on returning and definitely no intentions on ever shoplifting again. When can I be sure I am in the clear?

They will not research video to have you arrested but I would advise you not do that again. If your seen and your face is recalled you can be arrested on the spot
