Hi Me and my boyfriend were arguing I called the cops and they said he had admitted to wrestling with me. I'm 5 weeks pregnant and they know. When I asked my boyfriend why did he say that he said he didnt the cop told the other one he did he told them he was just holding me (not down). We really werent fighting physically and there seems to be nothing I can do. He is only 18 and its his first offense. I'm being told that they will probably fine him and make him go to classes for it but I dont know. I'm worried and we want to be together is there a possibility that they will order him to stay away from me. Because we dont want that. And now he is being charged with Battery PC 243 (E)(1)M what does this mean. please help

It's entirely possible that he'll be ordered to stay away, yes.
